Every minute on the minute:
5 Push Press (75/ 55)
5 Double Unders
1 Burpee the first minute, 2 the second minute, 3 the third minute and so on until we all fall down.
rest day …my workout was over before it started 😉

Joe’s canadia wod; dreadmill work, 2x 7min tempo intervals @ >5k pace, then 3x 1min speed intervals. Planned on doing 5 speed intervals, but hamstrings locked up. Recovery day manana. Have fun this weekend everyone!!
