8 rounds +23, had to save some for weights today 😉
11 rounds +27 – Much more fun than the “death by” last Friday!
4×8 db FS w/ #35s, worked on speed outta hole, then 4 rounds of 30 db swings (#50), 15 db thrusters w #25, 10 1 arm db snatch (#50, 5 each arm). haven’t seen the sun in over 2 weeks now, pretty ready to come home!
