Denise D. shows us one of the ways that we can modify an exercise in order to include everyone. For now it’s burpees to the box, but with the work ethic and relentless effort that has come to define her, Denise won’t be modifying things for very long.
Workout of the Day
In 3 Minutes, Complete as many rounds as possible of:
5 Burpees
10 Dips
15 Double Unders
Rest for 3 Minutes and then repeat the pattern for a total of 3 times. Score by total number of rounds divided by 3 (the average). Partial rounds do not count.
