10 KB Push Press (5 each arm)
8 Eye Level KB Swings
10 Jumping Lunges
Skill:

8-16-24 Reps for time of:
Kettle Bell Snatch
Overhead Lunge Step
Skill/Mobility:
Cool Down Run/Row/Ski for 3-4 Minutes
Hollow Hold “I’s, Y’s, T’s”- 3 sets of 5
Side plank – accumulate 90 sec per side
