Warm Up:

Running Warm Up

2x Thru, 30 sec each

Push Ups 

PVC Pass Throughs 

Side Plank Reach Throughs (each side) 

PVC Push Press

 

Skill:

Push Jerk

 

WOD:

3 Rounds for time of:

Run 800 M

12 Push Jerks

 

Skill/Mobility:

Abs-  Hollow Hold “I, Y, T”; Flutter Kicks; Strict Knee Raises/ T2B; Reverse Plank (*any combo of these or something else as you see fit for about 5-6 minutes)
