WORKOUT OF THE DAY(at home)

Warm Up:
CrossFit Warm Up : 10-15 reps each (with mods for no equipment)
Sit ups
Hip Extension (Superman holds or Good Mornings)
Push Ups
Squats
Pull Ups (find something solid and hang under it even if feet touch ground, or bent over rows)
Dips (use box or bench/chair)
Skill:
Tricep Smash- 90 sec each (barbell, foam roller, lax ball, baseball)
Warm Up Sumo Deadlift High Pull
*if a barbell isn’t available, you can use a Dumbbell or Kettlebell
WOD:
10 Rounds for Time of:
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
10 Push Ups
