WORKOUT OF THE DAY (at home)

Warm Up:

CrossFit Warm Up: 10-15 reps of each (“no gear” subs)
Sit ups
Hip Extensions (Superman holds/Good mornings)
Push ups
Squats
Pull ups (find something solid and hang under it, even if your feet are resting on the ground)
Dips (use a bench or box)

Burgener Warm Up 

WOD:

4 Rounds for time:

25 Burpees
30 Lunges

Skill:

S.L.I.P.S
