7 rounds-
10 Wall ball
10 SDHP (75/55)
Rest for 5 minutes then spend 10 minutes working on hand stand push ups. You may do negatives to Abmats, use bands, paralettes or whatever else you think that will get you closer to getting your handstand push up.
