It has been H-O-T the last couple of weeks. Tyler was on hand to help us out during the late afternoon classes. Who needs air conditioning?
Workout of the Day
Front Squat:
You will have 20 minutes to establish a one rep max in the front squat. This will be on the clock, so don’t start until “Go.”
Upon completion of 20 minutes complete the following for time:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
Box Jump Overs (start on one side end on the other side, you can land on top of the box or just jump over).
Push Press (95/ 65)
