10 PVC Pass Throughs
10 PVC Overhead Squats
WOD:
100 Overhead Squats (115/ 75)
At the top of every 2 minutes perform 3 Strict Handstand Push Ups
Cool Down:
Adductor Barbell Smash (2 min each)
14:54- 75# OHS, 2 strict HSPU (haha) then I went to toes on the box
Weightlifting: speedy box squats vs special bar, 3×10@60%-100#
Speedy DL vs bands, 2×5@ 135#
