Warm up:
3 Rounds
3 Inch worms -> zig zag side shuffle between the cones -> 5 Kip swings -> 20 ft Crab walk
Skill work:
Weighted Push ups: Start with the lightest plate or use bean bags and keep reps to 3 or less at a time
WOD:
Complete as many rounds as possible in a given amount of time, reps ascending by 2’s each round
Lunge steps
Push ups
Lateral hops (over line or obstacle)
