Warm up:
5 Rounds of
10yd Bear crawl -> 3 Handstand kick ups
10yd Lunge walk -> 3 Knees to elbows
Skill work:
Handstand kick up -> Cartwheel out
Beginners can keep heels on the wall throughout, more advanced kids can gently kick off the wall and work on controlling the “cartwheel out” while keeping lower body moving in the frontal plane
WOD:
AMRAP in a given amount of time of
10 Jumping jacks -> 2 Cartwheels
5 Shoulder press -> Over-under obstacles
