T Spine Plate Smash (3 Minutes)

Banded Paleo Chair

(5 Minutes, Wrap a band around the vertical beam on the pull up frame and then step in to it so it wraps around your lower back.  Try to sit in the bottom of the “ideal” squat position.)

WOD:

Once you have warmed up and are starting to count against the above rep scheme, perform 7 GHD sit ups before each weight jump
