Workout of the Day:
Group Warm Up:
Jog 200 M Forwards
200 M Backwards
10 Super Slow Squats
10 Bandy Good Mornings
10 Kettle Bell Swings
10 One Legged Side to Side Hops Each
10 Push Ups
WOD:
As Many Rounds as Possible in 3 Minutes of:
5 Power Cleans (165/ 115)
10 Double Unders
Rest 1 Minute, repeat 3 times for a total of 9 Minutes of work.
Extras:
Handstand Push Up Skills and Drills
Get upside down and challenge yourself- shoulder touches, head touches, wall traverse, handstand walk obstacles etc…
WOD- 4, 4+5, 5+4..granted I was doing PCV OHS for cleans…
did some plank holds for extras
