Yoga classes begin June 23rd!


We are very excited to announce that Erin Porteous will be teaching yoga classes at the gym beginning at the end of June.
She will offer a free class at 10am on Saturday, June 23rd directly following the Everyday Warrior WOD at 9am.

Classes will be one hour and will be offered at:

7:15pm on Tuesday evenings beginning June 26th &
8am on Thursday mornings beginning June 28th.

For now she will be using punchcards for sessions and more classes may be added based on demand.
