Here is the begining of the first pull, notice how the bar is kept close to the body.
Here is a pretty good view of the Third pull. Notice how his hair is going up, this means that John is going down violently, this is the first time that we should see the arms bending, they are pulling John under the bar.
This is the catch position of the clean, look at the depth of the squat, and notice the verticality of the torso. At this point John is driving up with his elbows, weight on the heels.
Here is the end result, the elbows are high and the core is still tight.
