Agoge had a good showing at the Bare Knuckles Showdown hosted by MBSCrossFit this weekend. John took 1st in his weight class and 2nd overall. Kelly took 2nd in her weight class and 3rd overall. Many of you would have placed well. Next time you are coming with us…

Tabata “You Gotta Be Kidding Me”

Tabata: Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds on/10 seconds off for each movement. You must complete all rounds of one movement before moving on to the next.
