CrossFit Agoge hosted Robb Wolf this past weekend for the CrossFit Nutrition Certification. We managed to fit 60 people in a classroom and learn about some of the things that may have been holding us back. This was hopefully our first of many opportunities to bring CrossFit’s leaders of information and instruction to our home. We were so happy to see so many of our own members there. We will count on you to help us share the things we learned.
