The most lovely and deadly ladies that CrossFit Agoge has to offer. Amy, Kristi and Tessie should make all of you extremely proud. This picture doesn’t tell the story, but suffice it to say that they gave all that they had in this weekends workouts with all three finishing the final workout in less than 10 minutes, that is 5000 pounds overhead in less than 10 minutes! Great job all three of you! You have miles of heart and are made of very strong stuff!

Workout of the day

Women: From Ground to overhead however you can for a total of 4000 pounds.
45 pounds is 89 reps
55 pounds is 73 reps
65 pounds is 61 reps
75 pounds is 53 reps

Men: From ground to overhead however you can for a total of 6000 pounds.

75 pounds is 80 reps
85 pounds is 70 reps
95 pounds is 63 reps

You can snatch, clean and jerk, clean and push press, whatever you need to do to finish the workout.
