Congratulations to Kelly Brown for becoming one of very few Certified CrossFit Trainers as well as one of a very small, very elite group of CrossFit Certified Coaches.  She accomplished these tasks by passing an arduous 4 hour written exam and an 8 hour practical exam.  Her hard work and dedication to the study of the CrossFit Methodology is rare, and we are fortunate to have her on our team.
