Death By
Sit Ups (on the odd numbers)
Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/ 55, on the even numbers)
Starting with 1 Sit Up, then 2 SDLHP, then 3 Sit Ups etc… Until you fail to complete the required reps in a given round.
