Summer is always so nice. We get a chance to catch up with those teenagers that have moved on to new things. Conor has certainly done a lot of growing up since he walked out. It is refreshing to se him become a man that understands responsibility and accountability.
Workout of the Day:
Group Warm Up:
Jog 400 M
10 Super Slow Squats
10 Lunges in Place
10 Bandy Good Mornings
10 Box Jumps
10 See Saw Squats
WOD
5 Rounds for time of:
5 Squat Cleans (115/75)
50 Double Unders
Each Round Men will add 20 pounds and women will add 10 pounds to the squat clean
