Warm Up:
Rowling(4x) – Each meter is one burpee (6 max)
Crossfit Warm Up
Skill:
Hand Stand Push Up
- Hand Stand Holds
- Press out from bottom of tri-pod
- Controlled Negatives
- Kipping HSPU
WOD:
5 Rounds for time of:
10 Hand Stand Push Ups
10 Toes to Bar
10 Back Squats (115/ 75)
Cool Down:
1st Rib Mobility (2 min each)
Barbell Trap Smash (2 min each)
