Dynamic Warm Up
Skill:
T-Spine Overhead Extension w/ Barbell Anchor (3 min)
10 PVC Pass Throughs
10 PVC Overhead Squats
WOD:
100 Overhead Squats (115/ 75)
At the top of every 2 minutes perform 3 Strict Handstand Push Ups
Cool Down:
Adductor Barbell Smash (2 min each)
