10 BB Shrugs

16 Jumping Lunges

 

SKILL:

Squat Clean Progression (PVC or Barbell)

 

WOD:

Every Other Minute x 5

1 Squat Clean (90% ish)

Max Burpees

 

COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:

Weakness Work
