Skill work:

Donkey Kicks or Handstand Kick Ups:  Depending on athletes ability have them practice donkey kicks learning how to keep their arms straight.  If they are capable have them try to handstand kick up to the wall. 

WOD

2-3 Rounds

Run Around Edge of Gym Area 1 LAp

2 Push

2 Squats

2 Donkey Kicks
