Warm up: 

Follow the Leader

Skill work:

Push Ups with Shoulder Taps:  Have athletes practice what a good push up looks like with plank at top and chest and belly to floor on bottom. Once comfortable with understanding that have them try to pick up a hand at the top of the push up and touch their shoulder.
