Hey Families! Here’s a Kids version of todays Adult WOD.

Alternating Tabata (20 seconds work 10 seconds rest for 16 rounds)

Stinkbug Push ups
Rope Jumps

GAME TIME:

LIMBO:  Break out the limbo music and see how low you can go.  You will need two people to hold the stick and one person to go under.  Make sure you take turns.  Each time you are successful at walking under the stick without bending forward or falling lower the stick a bit.  See who can go the lowest!
