Hey Families! Here’s a Kid version of todays Adult WOD

WOD:

7 MIN AMRAP
2 FRONT SQUATS
4 BURPEES
6 TOES TO BAR (OR V-UPS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A SAFE BAR TO HANG FROM)

GAME TIME

SNOW BALL FIGHT!  IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH SNOW FIND 7-10 ITEMS THAT YOU CAN THROW THAT ARE SOFT (BALLS, STUFFED ANIMALS ETC AND THROW THOSE).  CREATE BOUNDARIES FOR EACH TEAM, BE CREATIVE!
