Run 200m
5 Air Squats
5 Donkey Kicks

 Thowing for Distance

Choose an object you can safely throw.  Throw it as far as you can.  Use something like a rock or a stick to mark that spot and return to your starting line and throw again.  See if you can beat your farthest throw!
