Hey Families! Here’s a Kids version of todays Adult WOD.

5 min AMRAP
2 Pull Ups (or rows hanging from under a table or stable surface)
4 Push Ups
6 Squats

GAME TIME

NUTRITION TALK!  PLAY THE MACRO GAME WITH YOUR KIDS.  CHALLENGE EACHOTHER TO COME UP WITH A MEAL FOR EACH DAY THAT INCLUDES PROTEIN, FAT AND CARBOHYDRATES.  WRITE THEM DOWN AND COMPARE! 

REMINDER

FATS ARE THINGS LIKE NUTS, OILS, AVOCADO, CHEESE (IN MOST CASES), ETC.

PROTEIN ARE MEATS, EGGS ETC.

CARBOHYDRATES ARE ALL FRUITS AND VEGGIES, STARCHES, AND ANYTHING WITH SUGAR.

HAVE FUN!  SEE IF ANY OF THE MEALS YOU CAME UP WITH WOULD BE GOOD TO EAT IN YOUR HOME.
