Hey Families! Here’s a Kids version of todays Adult WOD.

Park Circuit

Head out to the trail for a walk/jog/skip/jump.  Everytime you pass a given landmark, do 10 reps of the listed movement.

 

Trash can – squats

Bench – bench jumps/steps

Lamp post -Push ups
