Hey Families! Here’s a Kids version of todays Adult WOD.

 

Practice your jump rope skills

How many jumps can you get?

Can you do a double under?

Practice any special tricks (criss cross etc)

GAME TIME

LIMBO:  Break out the limbo music and see how low you can go.  You will need two people to hold the stick and one person to go under.  Make sure you take turns.  Each time you are successful at walking under the stick without bending forward or falling lower the stick a bit.  See who can go the lowest!
