Hey Families! Here’s a Kid version of todays Adult WOD.

Running Day!  Choose a distance (either 100, 200, 400 meters)

Run the distance once and then see if you can beat it.  And then do it again.  A total of three times.  

GAME TIME

Thunderstruck Burpees!  Grab a couple members of your family and get the song “Thunderstruck” playing by AC/DC.  Everytime the singer says “Thunder” do a burpee.  See if you can keep up!
