Hey Families! Here’s a Kid version of todays Adult WOD.

Every Minute on the Minute for 10 min
2 ” Get out of the pool drills on an elevated surface”
3 Burpees

 

GAME TIME

Clean up your Room- At one end of play area, set up various items to be picked up and brought back to start line.  Make sure they are all weight appropriate for athlete to carry.  On go have them run down and with an angry gorilla back pick up an item and bring it back.  Repeat until all items are retrieved.
