Hey Families! Here’s a Kid version of todays Adult WOD

5 Min AMRAP
5 Mountain Climbers
5 Push Press
5 Toes to Bar

 

GAME TIME

Red Light!  Green Light!
 Gather some friends.  Have one person start at one end of the field when they call green light everyone goes, when they say red light everyone stops.  If someone fails to stop when they say red light that person goes back to the beginning.  The first person who makes it to the caller takes over and game restarts.  Make sure you do different movements each round.
