Here we go!  We are home with our kids and we want to give them opportunities to move and stay active.  

Check here Monday through Thursday for ideas for fun ways to move.

Today try some Stop, Drop and Roll

Stop, Drop, & Roll

Start off moving across a field (run, hop, bear crawl, backpedal, etc. – Keep changing it up!). A designated caller shouts “Stop” (freeze), “Drop” (hit the ground), “Roll” (log roll).  Take turns being the “caller”.
