            2 Forward rolls -> 15m Roving plank -> 15m Crab walk -> 15m Broad jump

Skill work:

Skin the cats

WOD:

3 Rounds of 30 sec at each station:

            Hang power cleans

            Knees to elbows

            Squats

            Push ups

1 min rest between rounds
