            30 sec Jump rope

            30 sec Plank up and downs

            30 sec Stationary lunge

Skill work:

Reverse Limbo: ¼ to ½ squat

WOD:

Partner AMRAP in a given amount of time

10 Med Ball Hang power clean & pass (5 each)

Partner A: 10 KB swings, Partner B: Handstand kick ups/hold

10 Med Ball Hang power clean & pass (5 each)

Partner B: 10 KB swings, Partner A: Handstand kick ups/hold
