Warm up:

3 Rounds

20 sec Jump rope

20 sec Squat thrusts

20 sec Sit ups

Skill work:

“X marks the spot” Cartwheels

WOD:

Partner AMRAP

One partner holds Plank position (on hands, on elbows, or T-hold) while the other completes the following:

3 Cartwheels

10 Lunge Steps

Partners switch positions and repeat.  Continue until time is called.
