WOD – CrossFit Kids

Hey Families!  Here’s a Kids version of todays Adult WOD:

10 min AMRAP of
Run 200m
10-20 Rope Jumps
15 Squats
10 Deadlifts (use a KB, upended DB or bucket or a ball- 10# or less)
5 Push Press

 

GAME TIME:  

Tic tac toe
Make a tic tac toe grid with items you have ex: rope, jump rope, sticks, hose etc.

Take turns running across yard with an item and placing in a square.  Make sure each person has items that can be distinguished from the other person.  One person could use rocks and the other sticks.  Make sure only one person is moving at a time. See who can get a tic tac toe!
