Hey Families! Here’s a Kids version of todays Adult WOD.

AMRAP 10 min

5 Deadlifts
5 Sit ups
5 Box Step ups
5 Thrusters

 

 

GAME TIME:  

Relay Races:  Choose some movements to race your family members.  Ideas:  Bear Crawl, Skipping, Crab Walk, Back Pedal, Broad Jumps etc.  See if the adults are the kids are faster.  You may be surprised!
