Hey Families! Here’s a Kids version of todays Adult WOD.

6 MIN AMRAP

6 SIT UPS
6 BOX JUMPS
6 KETTLEBELL SWINGS (IF KETTLEBELL OR SOMETHING SIMILAR AVAILABLE HANG CLEANS WITH SOUP CANS WOULD BE A GREAT OPTION)

 

NUTRITION TALK!  PLAY THE MACRO GAME WITH YOUR KIDS.  CHALLENGE EACHOTHER TO COME UP WITH A MEAL FOR EACH DAY THAT INCLUDES PROTEIN, FAT AND CARBOHYDRATES.  WRITE THEM DOWN AND COMPARE! 

REMINDER

FATS ARE THINGS LIKE NUTS, OILS, AVOCADO, CHEESE (IN MOST CASES), ETC.

PROTEIN ARE MEATS, EGGS ETC.

CARBOHYDRATES ARE ALL FRUITS AND VEGGIES, STARCHES, AND ANYTHING WITH SUGAR.
