Hey Families! Here’s a Kids version of todays Adult WOD.

For Time:

100 Burpees (for younger athletes scale to a 6 min AMRAP

Game Time:  

Practice your jump rope skills

How many jumps can you get?

Can you do a double under?

Practice any special tricks (criss cross etc)
