Hey Families! Here’s a Kids version of todays Adult WOD.

6 min AMRAP

6 Lunge Steps
5 Deadlifts
4 Handstand Kick Ups

 

GAME TIME:

Musical Chairs: Gather up your sitting surfaces and play a game of muscial chairs.  Play some fun music (designate a person to stop the music).  Once the music stops find a seat.  Feel free to take a seat away each round and see who is left standing!
