AMRAP 10 Min

8 Kettle Bell Swings
10-20 Rope Jumps
8 Sit ups

GAME TIME:

Get a Round of Tag Going!  Choose a person to be it.  If you get tagged freeze!  Once everyone is tagged switch taggers!
