Front Squat Progression (Barbell)
WOD:
As Many Rounds in 3 Minutes as Possible with a 2 Minute rest, repeat x 3:
1: 15 Front Squats (95/ 65) 5 Bar Facing Burpees
2: 10 Front Squats (115/ 75) 10 Bar Facing Burpees
3: 5 Front Squats (135/ 95) 15 Bar Facing Burpees
