Workout of the Day
CrossFit Total:
In order, attempt a one rep max of Back Squat, Press and Dead lift. You will get three attempts at each movement before moving on to the next movement. You should warm up or do build up sets leading up to your “Official Attempts” at each movement. Once warm ups are complete, tell your partner that you are ready to start the official lifts, they will be judged accordingly and any movement that doesn’t meet the standards will not be counted. At the end of the last Dead Lift attempt, total up your best of the three lifts and that will be your score.
