Deadlift 1-1-1

You should warm up each lift before making your 3 attempts. Your goal is to have the highest total poundage possible for all three lifts. All official attempts MUST be witnessed by a trainer. All Deadlifts MUST be returned to the ground under control to count. Go Heavy!
