Workout of the Day

Lacrosse Ball Pec Drill (2 Min. each)
Barbell Adductor Smash (2 Min. Each)

Alternating Tabata of:
Push Press (75/ 55)
Kettle Bell Swings

Set tools up on opposite sides of the gym (i.e. Kettle bells by the GHDs and barbells by the Hangar Door). 20 Seconds of work, 10 Seconds to sprint to the opposite end of the gym, 20 Seconds of work on the second movement, 10 seconds to sprint back to the start. This workout will be scored by total reps of 2 complete Tabata’s of each movement (i.e. 8 Minutes total time)
